Much to his surprise, Kageyama ends up becoming his teammate at Karasuno High School. Now, the two must prove that they can work together effectively if they want to pursue a future in volleyball.

Despite their differences and initial animosity towards each other, Hinata and Kageyama must learn to cooperate and trust each other on the court. Their unique skills and abilities complement each other, creating a dynamic partnership that has the potential to lead Karasuno to victory. As they push themselves to improve and overcome various challenges, they begin to form a strong bond based on mutual respect and shared goals.
